My stay at this hotel was lovely overall, with exceptionally friendly receptionists who went above and beyond to help. The rooms were spacious and the decor very modern, but there were a few issues with service responsiveness that could have made the experience perfect. The location was convenient for public transport, making it easy to explore the city, and there were also some fantastic dining options nearby if you venture outside. Overall, a worthwhile choice with some room for improvement.

This hotel has amazing services provided by the staff which really enhances the entire experience. The interior design is impressive, with lovely amenities that made our stay memorable. However, there was some confusion during check-in, and I felt that the breakfast options could have been better. The location also had some drawbacks as it wasn't very central, requiring a bit of travel to reach key attractions.
